Do my signers need an account?

No. Signers receive a unique signing link via email and complete their fields in the browser. No accounts, downloads, or installs required. Senders need an account to create envelopes and access templates.

Can I integrate Signvoy with my own app?

Yes — the full REST API, webhooks, and MCP server are on every plan, including Free. Subscribe to events like document.sent, recipient.signed, document.completed, document.declined, and more. Every delivery is HMAC-SHA256 signed so you can verify authenticity. Most teams wire up an integration in an afternoon.

How does your free plan work?

The Free plan is free forever: 10 documents per month, 1 seat, and unlimited templates. It includes the API, webhooks, conditional logic, and embedded signing. No credit card required, no trial countdown. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.

Where is my data stored?

All documents and metadata are stored in AWS (us-east-1 and eu-west-1). Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Every completed document carries a tamper-evident audit certificate. Data residency options are available on Enterprise.

Can I cancel anytime?

Of course. You can downgrade or cancel directly from your dashboard. We don't lock you into annual contracts on monthly plans, and you keep access through the end of your billing period.
